Yesterday, I saw this tweet from George Ten (Grammar Hippy). Seriously learn how to convert cold traffic. I’m telling you that as someone with 200k+ followers and a big email list. Organic doesn’t scale unless you’re Hormozi. Before I dive into my little rant… Let me make sure you’re wearing your Big Boy Pants. I VEHEMENTLY disagree—nay—loathe the sheer idea that “organic doesn’t scale.” BUT… I really like George. He’s a fantastic copywriter. And he does a great job writing ads and emails. This is a “new” concept for some of you—where you can disagree with someones perspective and somehow still respect the person. I know. I know. JAW DROPPING concept in 2026. 🤣 But now that we’ve got that out of the way… HERE’S MY 2 CENTS ON THIS TWEET...What would STOP someone from scaling with organic??? Literally. Nothing. LOL. Scaling just means “reaching more people.” Right? Can we agree on this???? Okay good. Cause if that’s correct… Then you have to explain to me (El Copy Goat)… in what world does SCALE cease to happen when posting on platforms that contain 5.6 BILLION people of the world’s population. I. Shall. Wait. While you’re chewing on that bubblegum. Let me throw something else at you. “Seriously learn how to convert cold traffic.” He's saying PAID ADS instead of organic content… But where would those ads be? (I know you got this one… 😜) ...DING DING DING!YES! SOCIAL MEDIA! TWO STARS FOR YOU! So the same place… reaching the same people… but somehow… it works one way but not the other? Do you see how this couldn’t be MORE WRONG? It makes ZERO sense! The only difference between organic content and paid ads is WHICH RESOURCE you trade for the benefits. Organic Content takes TIME. Paid Ads takes MONEY. So if you have more time than you do money, you create organic content. But if you have more money than you do time, you run paid ads. But dare I say—even if you have money... you should STILL create organic content FIRST. Cause let’s say you’re building a Personal Business like mine. Where I am the face and the product. Much like millions of others in the Creator Economy making a full time living doing what I do. Even if I have the money (which I do), I still 100% focus on ORGANIC CONTENT because you’re never just SELLING the product. YOU’RE SELLING YOURSELF!Like a hooker but online and you can keep your pants on. And if that didn’t slap hard enough, chew on this… What happens when you STOP running paid ads? (This is an easy one, I know you got it 😜) Your business stops GROWING. But on the flip side… if you focus on ORGANIC CONTENT (the way I teach in CopyCreator club) where you’re building an Evergreen Model. It works for you forever. I’ve got YouTube videos that bring in 10-15 new email subscribers everyday (that I posted over a year ago). I’ve got articles on my website. Podcast interviews I’ve done. Books I’ve published. Content content content content content everywhere! Is it slower growth than paid ads? You bet your caboose it is. But is it infinitely MORE effective as a long term play? ABSO-FREAKING-LUTELY!Hence why the aforementioned Hormozi spends so much time on organic—even though he runs paid ads already. Same with Dan Koe. Oliur. Ben Settle. Matt D’avella. MKBHD. MrBeast. And thousands of other people who have SCALED with organic. Organic content will never not be the best play. Which is why I wrote an entire book about it. It’s called the CopyCreator Codex. 187 pages of timely tactics and timeless strategy to build a scalable Copywriting business in the creator economy using organic content, emails & digital products. A wonderful read. Exclusively inside of CopyCreator Club. Enjoy =) Your friend, Alin “Will Post This Email As A Blog On My Website For Organic Content” Dragu
