The following story is a conversation I had with a CopyCreator Club Member (Who we’ll call “Dan”).

I have not verified for myself if what he is saying is true, but I have no reason to believe he’s lying.

Here’s the conversation we had:

DAN: I find that Substack is terrible. Worse than Twitter. Full of literal proud Notzeez. Swastikas high, praising ol’ Adolf, the whole nine yards.

ALIN: Whoa, I’ve never seen that stuff.. are you serious?

DAN: Yeah, I had to block a lot of people to make my feed not look like a parade of swastikas.

ALIN: I’ve seen the “Academically Elitism” on Substack. The whole “I’m so smart, I’m better than you” type posts but I’ve never seen the that... Unbelievable… I’m shocked Substack hasn’t banned it for Hate Speech

DAN: Some of ‘em are fairly intelligent. I even once had a friendly and respectful conversation with a self-declared Hitler fan. They’re still scum.

DAN: Internet filters didn’t do anything to block them. I had to block them manually, one by one, with Substack’s “block” feature.

ALIN: Candidly I barely spend anytime on anything other than email, youtube and Skool. I love platforms like YouTube and Podcasting cause you can post and ghost. Truly a creator platform.

ALIN: Email and Skool for relationships.

DAN: Post and ghost. I like that.

Again not sure how real this is but what is real is the ridiculous amount of rage bait content on these "social" platforms.

That and newbs parroting other newbs.

I talk about this a ho’ bunch in the CopyCreator Codex.

It's one of the reasons I’ve moved away from platforms like Twitter, Substack, LinkedIn, etc.

Because they don't reward great content.

They reward engagement.

WHICH IS JUST P_RN & POLITICS

And I ain't got the patience for that Low IQ rage bait sack o' sticks.

YouTube and Podcast are truly creator platforms.

Make great content and you get pushed.

Write offline.

Record offline.

Edit offline.

Schedule it.
