And I take my leisure very seriously 😏

And read at least one copywriting book per month (about 30 minutes a day).

Not to mention the sales letters, client work, ads, funnels, landing pages, and collaborations I’ve done on top of the daily emails.

You don’t need another $300 course.

You need another 300 hours writing.

Then as you discover your own bottlenecks in the writing process, buy courses that solve those bottlenecks.

Like writing daily emails.

Let’s say you’re writing them and realize nobody is replying or buying your stuff!

Boom… now it’s time to invest in Email Goat.​

That will teach you how to write emails people love to read (and buy from).

But if you haven’t put in the WORK… you don’t know the problem exists!

The best way to attract any market is to SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS.

There’s an old copywriting adage:

“Focus on pain over pleasure”

Too many copywriters write “dream” copy where they are painting the picture of of this Utopia world for their target audience.

But the reality is 99.9% that people are short-sighted and stuck in what's bottlenecking them TODAY.

So if I were you young padawan, I would BECOME THE MARKET.

Become a personal brand that sells courses or coaching.

Learn the process.

Experience the bottlenecks.

Solve the bottlenecks for yourself.

Document how you did it.

Turn that into content.

Post it on whatever freaking platform you want.

All those platforms have those creators there.

But I would choose ONE platform and double down there.

That way you’re not just posting content but building relationships with the people there.

(Pro tip… Be INSANELY GENEROUS.)

When you post content, I want you to feel NERVOUS.

Like wow, am I really gonna give this away? I feel like I could charge for it.

Give it away for free.

While everybody else is holding back, you be so dang generous that creators with those problems HAVE to pay attention.

This is exactly why I love YouTube so much.

It’s literally a search engine for people’s problems.

And honestly why my channel has been growing like crazy lately.

Because people are already searching for these problems, they find my videos, I show them how to solve it and BOOM.

They subscribe to my list and the rest is history.
