Here’s a little experiment I did this morning…

I connected Claude to my Skool, Kit & Thrivecart to analyze where my best and worst customers came from.

I’m doing this because candidly I’m simplifying my business even more…

...So I am trying to find the gaps of “what am I doing that’s bringing in the wrong people?” so I can stop doing that thing 🤣

AND WHAT I FOUND OUT IS VERRYYYYY INTERESTING! 🤔

Over the entire existence of CopyCreator Club (10ish months) — we’ve only churned 32 people. I am very happy with that since it’s equated to a 96% retention rate overall…

Which is tied for the 2nd highest paid community retention rate in ALL of Skool 👏 😊

But that begs the question…

… if my Skool community is so awesome (which it is 😏) then why did those 32 people not want to stay? Who are those people? Where did they come from?
